Returning your purchase
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept returns due to the nature of the products for sale.
The only time we will accept a return is if the item arrives damaged.
In the event that we do accept a return we will provide you with a prepaid returns label, we ask you to package the item back into its original packaging box and return it using the provided label.
Receiving a refund
If we agree to cancel your order due to a defect, we will process a refund once the item has been returned.
If we agree to cancel the order before it has been processed/dispatched then we can process a refund within 12 hours.
Funds can take between 2-5 working days to fully reach your original payment method.
