Impact of Coronavirus on Deliveries

Whilst we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to the Covid19 virus, some delays in delivery may occur. This is often due to staff shortages and therefore may differ locally. For that reason, we cannot be specific about where any delays may occur, but Royal Mail does continue to make deliveries as normal where possible.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery as standard on all of our items so there are no surprises at the checkout.

There is also the option to pay extra for express delivery on some products, ideal for when you’ve left things a little last minute.

Our gifts are made by small workshops/suppliers all over the UK. They use a variety of couriers so delivery times may vary depending on which product you’ve ordered. If you have ordered multiple items on one order, they may arrive at different times.

Please note that if items are returned to us by the courier due to them not being collected, we ask that the customer covers the cost of re-delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Most of our items are dispatched within 1-7 working days. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas. On some items, you will have the option to upgrade from free standard delivery to a faster service, ideal if you’ve left things a little last minute! This will be shown when ordering but any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us!

All delivery times are an estimate & items are made to reach you on or before the maximum delivery times stated on the product.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed.

Any late deliveries must be reported within 14 days of your dispatch/order complete email as following this time we may not be able to trace them.
